The DeLand House on Main is a unique events venue located in the heart of the Village of Fairport. Just steps away from the Erie Canal, this historic yet modern building has 9 different spaces spread over 3 floors.
The DeLand House on Main is available 7 days a week for private events.

With the ability to host anywhere from 6 to 700 guests, The DeLand House on Main is the perfect spot to hold a variety of events including corporate functions such as meetings, dinners, trade shows, conferences; social occasions including weddings, dinners, showers; and signature gatherings like photoshoots, school banquets, lectures, and specialty dinners.

Our Process
Clients will contract with The DeLand House on Main for the venue space (rental fee) and any catering and/or audio-visual services required. Any additional services for an event can be contracted directly with vendors or can be managed by The DeLand House on Main for an additional fee. Clients are encouraged to utilize preferred vendors.
